With 18+ years of experience in talent management and executive search, Steve is driven by helping leaders and business owners build stronger, more successful organizations. After more than 11 years selling talent management software, he set out to combine his strength in identifying and assessing talent with his passion for helping companies grow through their most important resource, their people.
Throughout his career, Steve has partnered with organizations across a wide range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, financial services, aerospace, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and retail. His ability to collaborate with leadership teams, understand complex talent needs, and consistently deliver results has made him a trusted advisor with executives around the world.
Steve joined Nathan at TalentThrive in 2019, co-creating the TalentThrive Dashboard and their flagship assessment product, known as the TalentThrive Snapshot.
