After spending 20+ years in the executive search, job board, and talent management software industry – founder and CEO, Nathan Guard, wanted to take his expertise and personality to start a company that was different. He envisioned a company that went beyond “placing” candidates or “pushing” software, and instead developing real, authentic relationships that learn about the clients’ personal and professional needs to ensure their success. So, he started TalentThrive – a company focusing on people, performance, and our client’s profits!

With over 17+ years in the Talent Management and Executive Search industries, Steve has a passion for being an expert matchmaker between employer and candidate. After selling talent management software for over 11 years, Steve wanted to match his ability to identify and assess talent with his passion for making organizations more successful through their critical resources: their people.
Through his career, Steve has worked with organizations in many industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, Financial, Aerospace, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Retail. His ability to work with leadership, understand their talent needs and deliver on results has allowed him to have a successful career. He has years of experience consulting with organizations on finding and developing top talent.
